The older samsung phone is not working, the samsung s8,my new phone, isn't working. my ol iPad isn't working. What the hell am I supposed to use??

raul_rosillo, I tried just now what you said, the app still doesn't recognize my gimbal, it thinks and then says that the action could not be completed. try again.... and I tried. 
What do I do??? I need it to work!!!! (tried again, and at the end it says Error: -4)

I have the same issue. I just got it and was trying to install the firmware and it got stuck at recognizing it. Constantly scanning for device.
