I have a problem with record controlling.

Hello Admin

I have a problem with record controlling.
1. I have an iPhone 7+
2. I have updated the firmware several times.
3. The Bluetooth connection on the iPhone is connected.
4. The first time the record controlling functioned.
5. After the Proview S3 has been switched off and switched on again, the record controlling has stopped working. Although the Bluetooth connection on the IPhone is ok.

Question: What can I do?
Maybe you can create a short video in English.
Does the app have to be started every time I switch on the Proview S3?

By the way, the device I like really good!

Hi Michael,
Try to switch off and on the iPhone's Bluetooth, and then gets iPhone connected with ProView S3.  You do not need to launch app once you have enabled the controlling REC function.
