Portrait rubber blocks gimbal from rotating

The portrait rubber cover blocks the gimbal when it's not "used".

When "used", it doesn't fit into the groove on the gimbal.

Had to remove it to let the gimbal rotate. Just afraid that I'd lose it sooner or later.

I do have the same issue... not as bad as described, but it touches the rubber when rotating and creates vibrations when recording..

Please simply safe keep the rubber somewhere when using the gimbal for normal landscape mode video shooting.

I just started having the same issue, but it was working for the last new days. How would a software update cause this? The stopper has been in place for a few days with no issues.

It's purely mechanical friction. Don't think software update has anything to do with it.
