Strange Phenomenon

It's odd that this 2-axis SMOVE Smartphone Stabilizer device:

1. Unable to stabilize well when in motion, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jlS375GkhLE  (2:25 ~ 2:40)
2. When mounted on tripod, cannot pan horizontal to do face tracking or 360 panorama
3. When placed horizontal, cannot tilt to aim correctly to do face tracking or 360 panorama unless holding by hand at appropriate height.

could top smartphone gimbal record with over 7,400 pre-orders and continually growing. Quite beyond comprehension!
