Flashing LED up after starting up

Guys,

I've done al the tutorials and believe me several times... Unfortunately I can't get the Proview to work.
After starting him up (holding 3 sec) He wont react and after 5 sec de LED pointed up is flashing.

What can I do about it?

No, fully charged..
Proview support will replace my device, they say it's a error. So i'm waiting on the new one
