It is altogether recorded into the movie.
There is nearly no noise when testing OSMO Mobile.

Could you try to do leveling calibration before pairing phone auto-tuning, that’s 3:14 ~ 4:10 of https://vimeo.com/187276176 . Instead of pressing lower part to make sure grip holder in the bottom has the surface completely lying on the table, press from the top part to ensure
bottom part complete surface lying squarely on the table for doing this level calibration. Same pressing from top for calibrating the
other side.
Then please see if you can make a video recording of below 2 steps for me:
1. pairing phone auto-tuing process, from before powering on gimbal, to finishing auto-tuning. Would be good if you can video record from similar angle as in tutorial, from the front.
2. do the changing tilt angle testing you did to have the noise issue, please video record from the side, tilt motor axis, so I can better see how you are holding the gimbal when testing.
For all the above, please remove the rubber cap used for portrait shooting mode for now. Thank you.

Funny that we are seeing two types of users. One group, like Osmo Mobile users that don’t complain about small operating angle before unable to hold, are happily off making superb cinematic videos. Another group, expecting a perfect gimbal toy that operates unconditionally, don’t make any video when already having a good working gimbal, but spending humongous efforts testing the gimbal, suspecting they have a defective one.
If you don’t make those intentional abrupt movements like others when recording video, there won’t be motor noise issue. If you do, motor noise will be recorded.
You have a good working gimbal. Go out and take videos as others do.

You can hear the motor grinding even without excessive movement. I just received mine yesterday and that's the issue i noticed

Hi akoba,
After performing the 4 required steps in the Usage Notice, under most used pan-follow mode normal usage case shooting video the motor noise will be minimal. http://www.servicenavin.com/proviews3_f … c.php?id=4

hi
Do you think it makes fun of you? I've tried the tutorial you've spoken hundreds of times.
Last week I received this.
Like ProviewS3, I bought it at Indiegogo.. The price is $ 207, which is a bit more expensive than ProviewS3.
But this is noiseless, strong, and very satisfying.
Look at this!

Because of this noise, I have never been able to use it.
Of course OSMO have little bit noise, but it does not record like this product.
What do you think people are complaining about?
If does not solve the problem with tuning and firmware update, is it a motor problems from the start?

and In Portrait mode, it does not operate at a specific angle.
You should offer a solution such as a refund or exchange or repair.
Why do not listening your customers voice?
I will not refund.
I'm looking forward to ProviewS3's Portrait mode and the 360 camera's Chemie.
So this is absolutely necessary.
I will send the product if you tell me the address of customer center.
And please check the problem with this product.
I do not want to fight emotionally with you.
I just want to support startups like you.
Please reply.

Hi kwangmin kwon,
Of about 2000 ProView S3 we shipped, we see about 3% users have problem needing assistance. Those that could provide a video showing how they used the gimbal, we usually could quickly spot the cause and help them resolve the issue quickly.
Regarding to your video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cFRgG9aemEE, without another video showing how you hold the gimbal, we are unable to know if it's usage issue or gimbal issue. We need this left hand side video showing how the gimbal is maneuvered, http://bit.ly/2fe6EBU; the right hand side video does help to see small vibrations.
The portrait mode is designed to stabilizes in a smaller angle range than the landscape mode.
