Strange behaviour taking videos

Hi guys,
I've finished updating firnware successfully. I proceeded TO calibrate and tuning, but...this shouldn't be the right work.

I start to shot my video, Proview is in mode - -.
If I stay filming frontally, it works smoothly.
If I move my hand aside, or I move hand lower, it starts initially to shake and then moving strongly in all directions upside down, like in presence of an angry demon.
Nothing against demons, but filming becomes quite impossible wink

What can I do?

Regards

Re: Strange behaviour taking videos

Hi alemux,

If you have done the required 4 steps mentioned in ProView S3 Usage Notice, then simply take note of Usage Notice 3rd paragraph and Quick Start Tutorial for iPhone (4:42 ~5:15).

Mainly, hold gimbal in upright (0 degree), horizontal (90 degree), and inverted (180 degrees) positions when you use it and it’ll stabilize within a range of rotation angle. To change gimbal holding positions, make the change near 0 degree pan angle as (4:42 ~5:15)  https://vimeo.com/187616355 shows. Then you would be able to make shots like this without abnormal gimbal behavior : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=doaqm2gydQk

        ProView S3 Usage Notice: http://www.servicenavin.com/proviews3_f … c.php?id=4 (3rd paragraph)

        Tutorial: https://vimeo.com/187616355  (4:42 ~5:15)

If still having problem, please follow Usage Notice 5th paragraph guideline on reporting issues; without video, it's impossible for us to know what customer did causing usage issues simply from word descriptions.
