Phone TILTED down on the LEFT side even after pairing

Hi, I have followed the instructions (here https://goo.gl/WhBAam) step by step and after balancing my phone and do the pairing with the balance weight, the phone is still tilted down on the left.
Please help on how to address this issue because it's frustrating that when I start to record, the image is noticeably tilted.

Phone: Galaxy Note 5
"With" Balance weight (50g right?)
Total of 221g

Re: Phone TILTED down on the LEFT side even after pairing

Weight of Galaxy Note 5 is 171 gram, should select 171 gram for phone's weight, and "With" balance weight since it's needed to balance.

Regarding titled to left, please see FAQ Q2/A2: http://www.servicenavin.com/proviews3_f … .php?id=37

Follow this https://vimeo.com/187276331 . And if you want to level it to 0 degree, use the accelerometer (level app) built in on the phone.

Re: Phone TILTED down on the LEFT side even after pairing

lenohtna, there is no need to add the weight of the balance into your phone's weight.
just select "with balance" option on the right side.

I find that shifting the phone a little to the right or left, even by 1mm, makes a lot of difference to the tilting.

You can also watch this video to fine tune the levelling

Once thus compare the horizontal plane, so everything is OK, but when the device off and on again, it horizntální plain wrong again.
How to achieve that STRT after the device was straight on the horizon?
Thanks in advance for information.

Re: Phone TILTED down on the LEFT side even after pairing

For some time I dealt with it, I was hoping it works out. Already a few times I did recalibration, new FW, but the phone is still in the pitch and there is no guidance for the settlement of the video image. Only refers to another forum thread, where you solve either the same or similar. Existing guidelines do not address this problem. It makes me sad, because it is useless, and in his hand he could keep straighter than equipment.
I'd appreciate if someone created some instruction in problem solving.
Solution tilt, which is mentioned here is only momentary solutions, because after the reconnection device again starts to tilt.

Hi Petr_K,

If you are referring to phone still slanting after doing sensor calibration, we added a permanent adjustment fix in the latest App and gimbal firmware update. Please see Update Note #3: http://www.servicenavin.com/proviews3_f … .php?id=49  After updating your App and gimbal firmware, you'll have this function.
