Please view the video link to see what my Navi is doing. I can't get it to work properly.

Just as Steve is seeing, I am seeing the same behavior. I place the phone in the cradle, hold the device upright, launch the ProView S3 app, then press the button until the blue light goes solid. Within a few seconds the device goes crazy, the app shows a device, but it does not pair.

So, I found in the "Sticky: ProView S3 Frequently Asked Questions by admin" the first question talking about "shoot video in various holding positions, it sometimes vibrates or goes crazy." which lead me "ProView S3 Usage Notice" page:

In this page I found the "ProView S3 Quick Start Tutorial" then followed it for the iPhone. After the firmware upgrade and a few attemps trying to following the video I did get the device working for the most part. The instructions does want to know the weight of the phone and good thing I have a kitchen scale to measure the weight of my device since it has a case on it. I need to go through it again as the phone was not completely parallel with the horizontal axis.

Hi Steve,
Generally the gimbal should only be turned on when phone is mounted. Please make sure you gone through Usage Notice and took 5 ~ 10 minutes following the tutorial video to go over the required 4 step setup procedure.

Hi LordHog,
Hope the Usage Notice and below FAQ could help clarify some initial usage questions.
